EkkoSense AI offers an immersive, easy-to-use experience that can be self-installed, providing practical value for data center operators and technology teams.

Role Description The Presales Consultant role at EkkoSense AI is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting the sales process for data center optimization solutions. In this role, the Presales Consultant collaborates closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design tailored solution proposals, and deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and technical capabilities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, preparing technical and commercial documentation, responding to RFPs and RFIs, and contributing to proof-of-concept and pilot engagements.

The Presales Consultant also works with internal product and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client expectations, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the EkkoSense platform and broader data center technology landscape.

Regular interaction with prospects and customers is expected, including remote meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities to help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in data centers, infrastructure, cooling, thermal, power, energy efficiency, or enterprise software solutions is mandatory.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, understand technical environments, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills, such as stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, and the ability to articulate business and technical value.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Presales skills, including experience supporting sales cycles, delivering demonstrations, handling objections, and contributing to proposals and RFP responses.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including organizing presales activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing timelines and deliverables for customer engagements.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with clear and concise spoken and written English, and comfort interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and use collaboration tools to stay aligned with global teams
• The candidate should preferably be based in Singapore, Australia, or Malaysia
