Senior HR Specialist (10 Months contract)

What You'll Do

As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will play an integral role in shaping the employee journey by overseeing key touchpoints from recruitment through onboarding, ongoing engagement, performance management, and eventual offboarding.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, preparing offers, and providing comprehensive support throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure every employee enjoys a positive transition into and out of the organisation.
• Support performance management activities such as review cycles, goal setting, and talent discussions to nurture professional development within the team.
• Coordinate and drive engaging internal HR programmes and employee engagement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and community.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to provide day-to-day HR advisory support tailored to individual needs.
• Administer essential HR operations including maintaining accurate employee records, benefits administration, and managing all necessary HR documentation.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes while maintaining compliance with local employment regulations at all times.
• Contribute actively to HR projects and process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with regional and global HR teams to align local practices with broader organisational objectives.

What You Bring

Your background as a Senior Human Resources Specialist equips you with deep expertise across all facets of the employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent through effective recruitment strategies to facilitating smooth onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success.

• Approximately five to seven years of progressive experience in human resources within a generalist capacity, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse HR functions effectively.
• Proven track record supporting the full employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and core HR operations—in complex environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of Singapore employment practices coupled with strong knowledge of relevant HR processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities complemented by excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Outstanding organisational skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset focused on finding solutions collaboratively while remaining hands-on in addressing day-to-day challenges as they arise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling clear articulation of information across various audiences.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications as well as experience using HR information systems is considered advantageous.
