About the role

We are seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to join Letat Agencies Pte Ltd in a full-time capacity. Based in the Yishun West North Region, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or develop their career in administration and office support.

As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the efficiency of our workplace. This role is pivotal in maintaining organisational standards and supporting our business objectives through professional administrative services.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and organising office schedules, appointments and meetings
• Providing general administrative support to teams and management
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and phone enquiries
• Maintaining accurate filing systems and managing office documentation
• Processing invoices, expense reports and other administrative documentation
• Coordinating office supplies and equipment ordering and inventory
• Assisting with event coordination and office activities
• Supporting HR and payroll functions as required
• Performing general clerical duties including data entry and record keeping
• Contributing to a positive and organised office environment

What we're looking for

• Secondary education or equivalent qualification, with GCE 'O' levels or higher being advantageous
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanour and strong work ethic
• Familiarity with office management systems or administrative practices is desirable
• Customer service orientation and a helpful attitude towards colleagues
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
