Job Title: Assistant Admin / Junior Admin

Department: Operations & Business Development

Location: Singapore (with occasional regional support)

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Business Development Manager

• Job Summary*

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant Admin / Junior Admin to support the Operations Manager in day-to-day operations and business development activities across our preschool centres in Singapore, China, and Malaysia.

• Key Responsibilities*
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager in coordinating preschool operations across Singapore and China.
• Assist in regulatory compliance matters, including ECDA submissions and coordination with relevant authorities.
• Support business development initiatives such as partnership outreach, referral programmes, and new centre exploration.
• Help prepare documents, schedules, and logistics for site visits, meetings, and partnership activities in China and Malaysia.
• Assist in marketing and enrolment campaign coordination, data collection, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
• Conduct research, prepare presentation materials, maintain accurate records, and handle general administrative duties.
• Provide timely support on internal coordination and project tracking.
• Requirements*
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (an advantage).
• Interest in the early childhood education sector and regional business operations.
