HR Manager - Pharmaceutical Company (HKD40-55k/mth)

About The Company

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company, committed to improving the lives of patients and their families through innovative healthcare solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources matters for their Hong Kong office (around 40 pax).

This is an exciting opportunity for an all-rounded HR professional who thrives in a lean organization, enjoys working independently, and is confident partnering with senior leadership while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations.

About The Role

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and offboarding
• Serve as the key HR contact and trusted advisor to management and employees in Hong Kong
• Partner closely with local leadership and regional stakeholders on people-related matters
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment legislation and company policies
• Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures as required
• Support annual HR initiatives, including performance reviews, salary reviews, budgeting, and employee engagement activities
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Around 10-12 years of solid HR generalist experience
• Proven experience handling the full HR spectrum independently
• Prior experience in SME, lean, or entrepreneurial environments preferred
• Comfortable working in a standalone HR capacity with strong ownership and accountability
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and willing to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities
• Mature stakeholder management skills with the confidence to interact directly with senior management and C-suite executives
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Immediate available highly regarded
