China Operations & Supply Chain Manager (Part-Time)

VibeHaus is an international furniture and home décor brand, and we're looking for a China-based Operations & Supply Chain Manager to become our long-term representative on the ground.

Applicants must be based in Mainland China and be available to visit factories and warehouses when required. ( close to Foshan, Shenzhen)

We're looking for someone with experience in procurement, furniture manufacturing, supplier management, and international logistics who enjoys solving problems and improving processes.

You'll work directly with our founder to

• Manage relationships with our existing suppliers and logistics partners.
• Visit factories and warehouses when needed.
• Audit and improve our current supply chain.
• Negotiate, compare pricing and commercial terms.
• Monitor production, quality, and shipping.
• Ensure our packaging and branding standards are consistently followed by our suppliers
• Source and evaluate new suppliers as we grow.

Your first project will be to audit one of our key suppliers, evaluate the current setup, identify opportunities for improvement, and help us build a more transparent, reliable, and scalable supply chain.

This is a long-term part-time role with the opportunity to grow into leading our China operations.
