Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deskside Technician – End User Computing (EUC) to provide on-site technical support for end users in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows-based environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring network connectivity, and maintaining end-user computing devices while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

This role requires excellent technical troubleshooting skills, strong customer service, and the ability to support both standard users and VIP executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to end users while meeting established SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, repair, and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system issues and application-related problems.
• Perform system imaging, deployment, upgrades, and migrations for Windows devices.
• Configure and support LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and network connectivity.
• Configure and maintain network printers, scanners, printer queues, and TCP/IP settings.
• Support mobile devices and mobile computing platforms.
• Perform data backup and recovery using standard enterprise tools.
• Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Deliver VIP executive support with professionalism and urgency.
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions using ticketing systems.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and non-technical users.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and identify recurring technical issues to improve service quality.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or Deskside Support.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Experience with Windows imaging and deployment tools such as Ghost and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
• Experience using User State Migration Tool (USMT) for data backup and migration.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and migrating Windows systems.
• Knowledge of desktop hardware, peripherals, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Experience configuring network connectivity, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.
• Experience providing VIP or executive desktop support.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticket management systems.
• Strong documentation and incident management skills.

Work Location

Pay: Up to $19,600.00 per month
