IT Technician / IT Technician Assistant

Responsibilities

Provide 1st level IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and CCTV issues;

Install and maintain IT equipment, Microsoft 365 accounts, Active Directory, and network connectivity;

Provide on-site IT support across multiple site offices;

Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and technical documentation;

Coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines;

2–3 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles;

Experience in multi-site support environment is preferred;

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration;

Knowledge of network troubleshooting, CCTV systems, and basic IT infrastructure;

Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure;

Good communication skills in English and Chinese;

Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Technician Assistant.
