We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordination Manager to support the smooth delivery of engineering and construction consultancy projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in projet coordination, multi-stakeholder communication, cost & schedule control and operational management.

This is a non-technical, management-focused position ideal for someone with strong cross-functional coordination experience in the construction and engineering sectors who is looking to contribute in Hong Kong's engineering consultancy environment. Below is the key responsibilities :

(1) Lead full-cycle project coordination for civil, structural and infrastructure-related consultancy and construction management assignments, from initiation through to completion.

(2) Coordinate with clients (government departments, developers, contractors), design teams, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

(3) Develop and monitor project master schedules, milestones and resource plans; track progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

(4) Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, progress reports and compliance records to meet regulatory and quality standards.

(5) Control project costs, review variations and support value engineering initiatives to optimize budget and timeline performance.

(6) Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving among all parties to resolve issues promptly and maintain strong working relationship.

(7) Prepare management reports, financial summaries and performance dashboards to support senior management decision-making.

(8) Ensure all project activities comply with Hong Kong regulations, ISO standards and company quality management systems.

(9) Support business development activities through client relationship maintenance and identification of potential opportunities in the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area market.
