Assistant Project Coordinator

We are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team and support our interior fit-out projects for workplace, retail, and residential spaces. As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for project coordination of sub-contractors, procurement, and suppliers.

You will report to the Project Director and work closely with the designers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Assist in managing project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Assist in conducting site inspections and overseeing quality control.
• Assist in managing project documentation and reporting.
• Support the Project Director and Designers in all aspects of the project.

Requirements

• Working Permit or Permanent resident of Hong Kong SAR.
• Relevant degree in interior design, building, engineering or architecture will be favorable.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese. Putonghua will be an advantage.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, especially in MS Word and Excel.
• Candidates with relevant working VISA or Permanent residency will only be considered.
• Written and Spoken English and Cantonese is required, Putonghua will be a bonus.
