Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager to plan and manage New Product Development projects for the assigned category, in coordination with strategic partners, suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company KPIs.
• Engage in new product ideation, concept testing, sample preparation, cooking recipe development, data analytics, packaging development and go-to-market planning with support from the Marketing Manager.
• Formulate and execute marketing campaigns, including ATL, digital/social and consumer promotions with Marketing Manager to achieve strategic objectives and deliver agreed results.
• Manage advertising/media agencies and vendors to perform at their best quality to provide strategic inputs in order to achieve the pre-agreed marketing campaigns’ objectives. Ensure campaign results are optimized via agency support, with post-campaign evaluations for learnings and continuous improvements.
• Consolidate market and consumer insight from research and sales reports for formulating marketing plan and deriving the strategy to win.
• On-going tracking and control for effective A&P budget spending according to the agreed marketing plan.
• Manage administrative and routine tasks upon assignment e.g. market research, product sample purchase, system code requisition and expense claim etc.
• Any other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
• At least 4-6 years’ work experience in Hong Kong marketing function
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in brand or product marketing in FMCG/food/beverage industry
• Experience in consumer marketing or product launch campaigns is preferred
• Experience in new product development is preferred
• Experience in handling data analysis, e.g. Nielsen, survey data
• Strong passion in new business development with good self-initiative
• Detail-minded and able to manage projects independently with commitment
• Creative team player, hard-working with strong marketing sense
• Good analytical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in both Cantonese & English, preferably with knowledge in Putonghua
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
