Our Clients, a number of well-established banks in Hong Kong, are now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Teller/ Counter Service Officer .
Handling counters transactions including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers
Manage ad-hoc tasks as required
Promote and advise banking products and services to customers
Answering customers’ enquiries with high quality servicing
HKCEE, HKDSE or above
One year or above working experience in bank or customer service position is an advantage
Detail-oriented and great communication skills
Able to work under pressure and meet expectations
Good command on English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
