Finance Manager/ Finance Controller, 5 Days, location : Kwai Hing, Salary: 45-60K ( Nego )

About Our Client

A private group with headquarters in Hong Kong with investments / operations in Garment retail, trading, manufacturing and real properties in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The group wishes to find someone who will be responsible for financial strategic planning and operations and will directly report to the top management team.

Job Description

Oversee full finance functions including accounting, audit, tax, treasury and financial reporting

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks

Manage accounting team around 5-6 account staff

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives

Review, develop and strengthen business processes, accounting policies and internal controls to maintain effectiveness and efficiency of operations

Oversee the reporting and evaluate financial performance of subsidiaries and investments

Coordinate and drive various teams to improve existing processes

Perform ad-hoc tasks and travel outside Hong Kong as required

The Successful Applicant should have

• Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline, Qualified member of ICPA or equivalent
• Over 10 years of experience (working experience in Big Four Accounting Firms / experience in retail and/or Trading background highly preferred)
• Independent, proactive personality and ability to learn fast and work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge in PC and in ERP system
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Accounting Officer ( Plastic Japan Trading Company , 5 Days, location : Tsim Sha Tsui, Salary: 25-28K( Nego ))

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.

Experience

3 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.

Proven supervisory or team management experience.

Solid experience in handling full set of accounts.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP system.

Strong knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes.

Familiar with external audit, statutory audit, and audit preparation requirements.

Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and financial reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage).

Key Responsibilities

daily operations of the Finance & Accounting function.

Handle full set of accounting and ensure accurate financial records.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Prepare financial reports, schedules, and management reports.

Coordinate and support external and internal audit activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Assist in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives, including SAP-related processes.

Senior Account and Admin Clerk ( Plastic Japan Trading Company , 5 Days, location : Tsim Sha Tsui, Salary: 20-22K ( Nego ))

Requirements and Duties

University graduated/Diploma in Account

1-2 year account exp

Purpose for AP & AR daily job

GL journal entry, Consol. Package, monthly breakdown, part of month end closing

Document filing, admin support

Knowledge of ERP system (SAP is an advantage), Excel and Chinese inputting is preferable

Ad Hoc report to management

Have Trading / mfg background is preferred
