Part Time Admin Assistant

We are looking for an organized and detail minded candidate to join us. The candidate will assist the Operations Team on regular admin duties in a young and friendly office of 40+ young Ourskyers.

Responsibilities

• Daily reception & administrative duties including greeting guests; receiving incoming calls; maintaining office supplies, equipment tidiness; ordering and refill snacks and drinks;
• Help to onboard new team members, ensuring workstations are set up, giving tours of the office space;
• Help to organise company events, Christmas parties and other ad-hoc events;
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements;
• Assisting some financial admin, general administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, with great communication skills;
• Tech savvy with good attention to detail;
• Fluent in Cantonese and good English skills;
• Ability to work independently, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn;

Location: Lai Chi Kok (beside D2)

Working hours

• Minimum 3 days a week, 9:30am ~ 3pm
• Prefer Mon, Wed & Fri (but exact arrangements can be discussed)
