About The Role

To provide overall administrative support in ensuring the smooth running of the whole office

What You’ll Do

• Assisting onboarding process, such as access card, desk set up, lockers etc
• General support to office repair, maintenance on regular basis
• Assist with managing office supplies
• Submit expenses claims and invoices on timely basis
• Administer and update company records
• Provide admin support for office events and staff social events
• Assist with conference/meeting/event, setup or meeting rooms when required
• Maintain inventory of office supplies
• Provide back up for the Receptionist when required
• Provide travel arrangements for Corporate Leads
• Provide admin support to the Office Manager, Managing Director, Operations, Hong Kong Office and visitors
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Office Manager and Managing Director, Operations

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Tertiary education or above
• 2-3 years’ experience in office administrative/secretarial role with experience working in multi-national environment
• Flexible with a can-do attitude, able to handle multi-tasking
• Professional, helpful, willing to take responsibility, able to work independently
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize workload
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred
