Clinical Assistant / Clinic Receptionist

Responsibilities

Perform reception and administrative duties including consultation booking, patient registration, outside treatment facilities booking, hospital admission, patient insurance claims etc.

Provide clinical support to doctor and nurses during consultations & examinations

Provide excellent customer service to patient and address their needs

Perform duties as assigned and support day-to-day operations

Requirements

HKDSE graduate, being able to communicate in Cantonese, Putonghua and basic English

Minimum 2 years clinical experience

Relevant experience in clinical work, operation of clinical software and cashiering

Relevant certifications or qualifications in the medical/healthcare field
