Senior Finance Manager/Manager (Open to Big 4 Candidate)

A leading financial services organisation seeks a Senior Manager/Manager – Finance in Hong Kong to modernise finance operations and investment accounting, driving regulatory excellence, digital innovation, and stronger business performance within its asset management division.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations and month-end closing for the asset management business
• Prepare management reporting, including P&L forecasts, AUM analysis, and budget-versus-actual reporting
• Manage investment accounting and SFC FRR regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance
• Drive process automation using AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy

Candidate profile

• Big 4 and solid commercial finance experience, ideally gained within insurance, banking, or asset management
• Strong expertise in investment accounting, management reporting, and SFC FRR regulatory reporting
• Experience driving process improvements using advanced Excel, SAP/Hyperion, and AI tools
• Degree-qualified; CPA qualification is an advantage
