About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead our Hong Kong business, driving profitability, operational excellence, and brand growth. You will oversee multi-site F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing financial performance. Responsibilities

• Profitability & Growth: Optimize P&L performance, cost control, and revenue strategies to maximize business profitability.
• Customer Excellence: Champion a service-driven culture that elevates brand reputation and customer loyalty.
• Sales & Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and enhance brand positioning in local and national markets.
• Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to meet current and future challenges of the business.
• Process Optimization: Implement scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency and operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience in senior leadership within multi-unit F&B/hospitality, with a proven track record in P&L management.
• Strong business acumen—able to analyze data, identify trends, and drive actionable strategies.
• Exceptional people leadership— Strong passion for service, high degree of self-motivation, excellent communication, inspires teams, fosters talent, and collaborates across all levels.
• Resilient & adaptable—thrives in a fast-moving industry and navigates challenges with a solutions mindset.
• Experience in international or cross-cultural business environments is highly valued and essential
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
