General Security (HK) Limited
Assist in the strategic direction and daily oversight of all Hong Kong security operations, including static posts, mobile patrols, corporate security, and retail security.
Optimize resource allocation, manpower scheduling, and deployment across multiple contracts to meet client SLAs while maximizing operational efficiency.
Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs, focusing on service quality, incident response times, and client satisfaction.
Manage operational budgets, control costs (with a focus on manpower, the largest cost driver), and assist in financial planning for the Hong Kong market.
Act as the senior point of contact and trusted advisor for key Hong Kong client accounts. Provide professional advice on security risk mitigation, operational improvements, and industry best practices to enhance their security posture.
Proactively resolve client issues and escalations, maintaining the company's reputation for reliability and professionalism.
Lead a robust quality assurance regime, conducting regular and surprise site inspections, auditing reports, and implementing corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives tailored to the Hong Kong market to enhance service and client retention.
Demonstrate strong leadership by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to Operations Managers, Site Supervisors, and security personnel in Hong Kong, fostering a high-performance, high-engagement culture.
Identify training needs and develop programs to uplift the skills of operational staff, with a focus on customer service, crisis management, and local legal knowledge.
Excel in change management and motivation, guiding teams through business evolution and new market demands while instilling a culture of safety, integrity, and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
Ex-disciplined services member will be an advantage.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the security industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operational management role in Hong Kong.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-site security operations and a substantial frontline workforce in Hong Kong.
Proven experience in providing professional, consultative advice to clients and/or senior management on security operations, risk management, and strategic initiatives.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate Hong Kong's business culture.
Proficient in MS Office and security operations management software.
