Role Description

In this role, you will support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives by assisting in the development and strengthening of cusSenior Executive, Event & PartnershipSenior Executive, Event & Partnershiptomer loyalty and driving long-term retention through strategic partnerships, data-driven engagement, and elevated brand experiences.

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day partnership and event activities, including overseeing strategic collaborations, member communications, campaigns management, and coordinating clienteling events. You will work closely with the Retail, Marketing, Training, and PR teams to deliver meaningful touchpoints across the customer journey — from new customers to loyal VIP clients.

You will assist in managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, luxury lifestyle brands, insurance companies, and other premium partners to support the growth of the group's loyalty program, with a focus on engaging high potential targeted customers.

You will plan and implement day-to-day events, promotions, and commercial activities for the loyalty program, coordinate VIP activations, exhibitions and workshops, manage vendors and logistics, analyse event effectiveness and propose improvements.

You will support customer lifecycle activity planning for high-value members, maintain CRM system data, track loyalty program performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience. You will also carry out ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in strategic partnership, loyalty program management, event management, or CRM, preferably in luxury retail, shopping mall sectors, fashion, beauty, or customer engagement roles with exposure to high potential targeted customers
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to assist in identifying and developing partnership opportunities
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events, masterclasses, and workshops, including vendor management and logistics
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, including acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and customer segmentation. Proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools for data interpretation and insight generation
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for stakeholder engagement, team briefings, and clear reporting
• Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and results-oriented, with the ability to contribute to improving customer engagement and partnership outcomes
