Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze customer behavioral data, generate insights from in-depth analysis
• Work with DT migration team to smoothen the transition process
• Monitor subscriber base and revenue movement, analyze the usage behavioral change before and after program
• Work with cross-functional departments for program launch
• Analyze data to identify opportunity and drive business growth, keep track of inbase performance with company KPIs
• Run regular performance review and make auto-report schedule
• Support for ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Quantitative Analysis, Business Studies or related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in telecom, banking or insurance products
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong numerical sense
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Skills of customer segmentation and data analysis would be an advantage
• Familiar in PowerBI / Tableau / SAS and proficient in Excel
