Senior Brand Executive

We are hiring an Commercial Specialist to join the dynamic No7 Beauty Team!

Play a key role in developing and executing the commercial strategy to drive exceptional performance and results for our customers.

You will be responsible for coordinating all commercial activities for No7BC products, achieving agreed goals, and directly contributing to key performance targets in sales, market share, gross margin, trading profit, cash flow, and AOI. This role focuses on building strong networks, unlocking new business opportunities, and fostering long-term, value-driven customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of go-to-market strategies with local teams, owned retail, and third-party distributors across trade and consumer channels in specified markets.
• Insights & Planning: Analyze market data to identify key insights and translate them into actionable, compelling commercial plans.
• Marketing Activation: Partner with internal marketing teams, markets, and distributors to ensure full activation of marketing strategies and a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Business Planning & Support: Collaborate with relevant functions to develop and execute business plans, focusing on achieving objectives and removing operational barriers for the commercial team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams across WBA divisions and countries, particularly Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Network Development: Build a solid professional network to identify and unlock new business development opportunities.

About You – Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a complex consumer goods sales environment.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to conduct consumer negotiations independently.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in Sales, Marketing, or Trade Marketing, with experience in successfully launching new products.
• Collaborative Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
• International Mindset: Experience working in an international context; prior experience in Asia is a plus but not required.
• Works well under pressure.
