Junior Administrative Assistant - Tseung Kwan O

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years admin experience
• Good in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Organised, efficient, and positive attitude

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 6:15pm; Saturdays 9:00am to 1:30 pm

Must be fluent in Cantonese and English with Mandarin is a plus.

Customer service manners are imperative to this post as you will be dealing with parents of our students.

Your duties will be to answer phones, input data, generate reports, organize events and simple bookkeeping. You will also be given other duties by the principal from time to time to help the school run professionally.

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
