Department Secretary / Junior Secretary

Responsibilities

• Provides a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the team
• Attend & coordinate various internal meetings
• Prepare accurate, concise minutes under tight deadlines
• Translate documents between English and Chinese to ensure clear communication
• Manage calendars including meeting schedules and meeting room’s reservation
• Handle travel arrangements, expense claims and procurement requests
• Act as the primary point of contact for the team
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines.
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years' secretarial experience, preferably with experience in minute taking and coordination of Meetings.
• Detailed-minded, organized, presentable and multi-tasking
• A good team player with good interpersonal skill
• Able to handle ad hoc assignments timely, independently and professionally
• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
