Senior Associate, Customer Service Department

1. Review client account opening documents, conduct due diligence, classification management, and anti-money laundering checks.

2. Handle clients' daily notifications, business inquiries, and complaints or suggestions.

3. Process various daily business applications from clients.

4. Maintain client information and account status.

5. Manage client account relationships and tax identity.

6. Monitor abnormal client transactions.

7. Keep records of client account information and business processing.

8. Perform other tasks as assigned by the department.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics or related majors.

2. At least 2 years of customer service experience in financial institutions.

3. Priority given to candidates who have passed the HKSI examination and obtained a licensed representative qualification for futures or securities from the Hong Kong SFC.

4. Strong communication, adaptability, and service awareness; familiarity with FATCA/CRS operations is preferred.

5. Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office software.

6. Good command of spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.

7. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Service Officer.
