Senior Lead Recruiter

Growing fintech firm in Manhattan is hiring an experienced Senior Recruiter to assist them with hiring as they expand. Will recruit across sales, tech, customer success and product.

Hybrid schedule: 1-2 days onsite, remote otherwise

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Salary: 140-170K base

Responsibilities

• The Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a fast-growing FinTech organization, driving talent acquisition strategies across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to develop hiring strategies that align with organizational growth objectives.
• Utilize AI-powered recruiting technologies and analytics to enhance talent acquisition processes and outcomes.
• Shape the company’s talent acquisition strategy, strengthening recruiting processes and influencing hiring decisions.
• Contribute to building a best-in-class talent acquisition function, leveraging innovative tools and methods.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI, product, sales, and customer-facing functions, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and analytics to optimize talent acquisition performance.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to attract and engage top-tier candidates.
• Partner with external recruiting firms for specialized or critical hiring needs.
• Lead offer development and negotiations using market intelligence and compensation insights.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in recruiting for high-growth SaaS, AI, fintech, or enterprise software organizations.
• Experience in developing sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate recruiting metrics into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to attract and close exceptional talent.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
