POP MART is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Senior Recruiter to help build the teams that will fuel our rapid expansion across the United States.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of corporate positions, helping shape the workforce that supports our continued growth and innovation.

What you will achieve

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and become a trusted talent advisor across multiple corporate functions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of corporate positions, delivering a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies that build robust talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Improve recruiting efficiency by reducing time-to-fill while maintaining a high bar for talent quality.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the POP MART brand and strengthens our employer reputation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and operational efficiencies.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the U.S. Talent Acquisition function by identifying opportunities to scale recruiting programs, tools, and best practices.
• Help build high-performing teams that support POP MART's ambitious expansion and long-term business objectives.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional recruiting experience.
• 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably within retail, consumer products, e-commerce, entertainment, or other fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
• Proven success recruiting across a variety of corporate functions, including but not limited to Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Supply Chain, IT, and Creative.
• Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other proactive talent attraction strategies.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and influence hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies to manage pipelines and generate recruiting insights.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with changing priorities.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and representing the POP MART employer brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for a rapidly growing retail or consumer brand.
• Experience supporting national or multi-state hiring initiatives.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or other enterprise ATS platforms.
• Experience helping build or improve recruiting processes in a scaling organization.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices across multiple states.

Physical Requirements

Pay Range Details

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.

This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
