Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Senior Executive Recruiter. The Senior Executive Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership positions, develop and maintain strong client relationships, conduct talent market research, and provide strategic recruitment consulting. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

The role also involves contributing to business development and optimizing recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

• Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH
• Experience in leadership roles within Executive Search or consulting firms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
