Human Resources Intern (Part-time)

Essential Human Resources Intern Job Functions

• Maintaining and filing critical Human Resources documents.
• Performing audits for completeness, accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
• Support recruitment and employer branding by assisting with job postings and company presence on job sites.
• Perform a variety of Human Resources administrative tasks as assigned.
• Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS)program for employee training.
• Assist with participation in job fairs and recruiting events.
• Effectively manage time and prioritize multiple HR-related tasks and deadlines.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential demeanor.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and incompliance with company policy and applicable laws.
• This position does not have authority to make hiring, disciplinary, compensation, or termination decisions.

Requirements

• Work Monday throughFridayfor10 hours.

Education

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college or university program, with preferable coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or equivalent courses.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

• Length of internship depends upon work available
