Role Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will own sales for the assigned North coast territory, prospect and build a qualified pipeline of hotel group and independent property opportunities, and close SaaS deals to meet revenue targets.

This field role requires strong U.S. hotel industry contacts, independent market execution, and full‑cycle sales experience from lead generation to contract signing and handover to Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own territory sales targets and monthly/quarterly forecasting
• Prospect, qualify and build a robust pipeline of hotel groups, chains and independent properties
• Generate meetings and demos; deliver compelling SaaS product presentations and ROI/business-case proposals
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals and manage contracting with Legal/Finance support
• Maintain CRM with activity, pipeline and account plans
• Build and maintain relationships with key hotel decision-makers (GMs, Rooms, IT Director-level)
• Work independently: schedule customer visits, attend industry events, run local partner/channel activities
• Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation and customer success teams for smooth onboarding
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; feed insights to product and marketing teams
• Achieve and exceed KPIs (new contracts, pipeline coverage, win rate)

Must-have Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales experience selling to hotels, hotel chains or hospitality technology vendors (territory/regional sales preferred). Tourism sector experience considered
• Established network/contacts within the U.S. hotel industry (management groups and independents)
• Proven track record of building pipeline and closing mid-market and enterprise deals
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in-field and manage time effectively
• Experience using CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for pipeline management and forecasting
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
• Business-level English (spoken and written); Spanish a plus
• Based on the U.S. North Coast and legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice-to-have

• SaaS sales experience and familiarity with hospitality technology stacks
• Existing relationships with hotel management companies, regional chain commercial teams or hospitality consultancies
• Knowledge of U.S market trends and major hotel development pipelines
