Mid Level Copywriter

Artemis HCM is seeking an experienced Copywriter to assist the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations (OFO) with integrated strategic planning support. The Copywriter supports the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring alignment with CBP OFO strategic objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent writing skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, translate complicated issues into a clear point of view, and create a compelling, concise and well-written narrative.

• Draft and edit communication materials, including strategic plans, reports, and digital content.
• Adhere to team quality assurance measures to develop high-quality, error-free materials and deliverables
• Assist in the execution of communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing insights for improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CBP Suitability
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English or Liberal Arts3 years’ experience drafting, editing, and proofreading communications products including strategic plans, reports, and social media content
• Preferred experience working with Federal Government Agencies
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
