As a member of our growing, in-house creative team, your work will not be focused on selling products, but on advancing public health, equity, environmental protection and progressive change.

Things we are looking for

• A marketing generalist - Able to write strategic copy for social media, short and clever headlines, audio ads, concise outreach materials, long-form reports, etc.
• Ability to write in an actionable manner (clear on what you're asking the audience to do, concise, and providing a compelling reason to act)
• Strong spelling and grammar skills
• Editing experience (to improve spelling, grammar, clarity, conciseness and the actionable nature of the content)
• A keen eye for details
• Interest or experience in using AI to increase the efficiency of the copywriting process
• Experience conducting web or other research to flesh out concepts or explore language used by the target audience
• Self teacher - Keeps up with latest technologies and trends
• Organized - Able to handle several projects at once
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with art directors, videographers and other departments in a fast-paced and friendly environment
• Strong curiosity
• The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve

Salary commensurate with experience, with an expected range of $40,000 - $60,000. Benefits include generous paid time off and 401(k) with matching contributions. Marketing for Change has physical offices in the Washington, DC metro area and Orlando, FL in addition to remote employees across the United States.
