The Project Manager's responsibilities include the coordination and monitoring of project deliverables, schedule and scope.  Also oversees all aspects of the project including deadlines, milestones, assignments and risk management along with summarizing project status.

The work

• Apply appropriate project management standards
• Oversee various types of small - to mid-scale digital projects from initial concept to delivery within the established scope, timing, budget, and quality
• Plan and monitor project artifacts through the creation, development, review and approval process
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, which includes regular status touchpoints with internal team members and milestone meetings with the client
• Partner with account management to manage change requests, validate the budget/schedule impacts, and communicate approved changes to all team members
• Manage forecasts, financials and profitability and corresponding reporting within projects
• Implement and maintain overall processes and procedures driving greater efficiencies and quality of work
• Monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
• Ensure project is compliant with all Accenture security standards
• Maintain an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
• Identify and obtain support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
• Conduct a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
