Compensation

$80,000–$95,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $130,000+)

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission designed to reward both direct sales success and long-term partner development.

Position Summary

The Commercial Sales Manager – Agency Partnerships & New Business will play a key role in driving new revenue through two primary growth channels:

• Developing strategic partnerships with marketing agencies and referral partners.
• Closing select direct opportunities with businesses looking to improve their digital presence through the Octane platform.

This is a sales-first role for someone who enjoys creating their own pipeline, building long-term relationships, and helping establish a repeatable commercial growth engine.

While direct sales remain an important part of the position, agency partnership development represents a significant long-term strategic opportunity for DynamiX.

Initially, this is a senior individual contributor role with the opportunity to grow into commercial leadership as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Agency & Partner Development

• Identify, prospect, recruit, and activate marketing agencies, digital marketing firms, web development companies, consultants, and strategic referral partners.
• Develop agency relationships through referral, co-selling, reseller, and select white-label models, with a preference for partnerships that maintain DynamiX visibility whenever possible.
• Introduce agencies to the Octane platform and demonstrate how DynamiX can help them better serve their clients while creating recurring revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to qualify, onboard, and activate new agency partners.
• Support partner onboarding, training, and early sales opportunities before transitioning active partners to ongoing operational support.
• Work closely with executive leadership to help refine and improve the agency partner program as it continues to evolve.

Direct Sales

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with established service businesses, franchises, multi-location organizations, and other companies with meaningful website needs.
• Conduct consultative discovery meetings with business owners and executive decision-makers.
• Present DynamiX website solutions and the Octane platform.
• Build proposals in partnership with leadership using approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
• Negotiate agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Ensure smooth customer handoffs to implementation and Customer Success teams.

Business Development & Sales Execution

• Create your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, thoughtful outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Maintain disciplined CRM management, including forecasting, pipeline management, activity tracking, and follow-up.
• Represent DynamiX professionally at conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.
• Provide competitive market intelligence and identify emerging vertical opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve messaging, partner collateral, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling websites, digital marketing services, SaaS, software, technology services, or agency services strongly preferred.
• Experience developing agency relationships, referral partnerships, or channel sales programs is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success creating pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship development.
• Comfortable discussing website performance, SEO, AI search optimization, conversion optimization, and digital growth strategies from a business perspective.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with disciplined CRM management (HubSpot experience preferred).
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a growing company where not every process has been fully established.
