Dynamix SearchForce is conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of our client for an experienced Vice President of Sales – Americas.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven sales executive with experience in wood or plastic pallets, reusable packaging, returnable transport packaging, material handling, industrial packaging, or related supply chain solutions to build and lead a North American commercial organization.

Our client has developed innovative, patented technology that is transforming the reusable packaging industry and is preparing for significant expansion throughout North America. Supported by an established international operation and the financial strength of a publicly traded parent company, this executive will play a critical role in launching and growing the company's U.S. commercial presence.

Position Summary

As the Vice President of Sales – Americas, you will establish the company's North American commercial strategy while serving as its first U.S. sales executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building organizations from the ground up, developing strategic customer relationships, and creating long-term revenue growth.

Initially, you will focus on business development and enterprise sales. As the organization grows, you will recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American sales strategy.
• Identify and secure new enterprise customers.
• Build strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and 3PL organizations.
• Convert customers from traditional wood pallets and competing reusable packaging solutions.
• Negotiate long-term commercial agreements with key accounts.
• Identify adjacent product opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new market segments.
• Develop sales processes, pricing strategies, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Build and lead the future North American sales organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• 5+ years of executive sales leadership or sales management experience.
• Direct experience selling plastic pallets, reusable packaging, returnable containers, material handling products, industrial packaging, or related supply chain solutions.
• Proven success developing new business and growing strategic accounts.
• Established relationships with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, logistics, or distribution leaders.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive while building a new commercial organization.
