Senior Recruiter - Full-Cycle Tech Talent & Strategy

Duties Utilize a consultative and strategic approach to support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, and selection of top talent in a cost-effective manner. Execute innovative recruiting processes and leverage market intelligence to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.

Ensure recruitment policies, processes, and legal requirements comply with local labor laws and organizational standards. Partner with business leaders using subject matter expertise and recruiting tools to improve quality of hire. Lead full-cycle recruiting activities including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, compliance, and communication.

Plan, monitor, and execute internal talent acquisition projects independently. Utilize labor market insights, data trends, and competitive intelligence to build diverse applicant pools. Serve as a functional domain specialist for assigned business areas by developing recruiting, networking, and talent pipelining strategies.

Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders while mentoring recruiters within the assigned functional space. Handle complex recruiting challenges independently with minimal supervision. Qualification A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Requires at least four years of related recruiting experience.
