Conduct laboratory experiments and procedures in accordance with established protocols and procedures.

Perform data analysis and interpretation, and maintain accurate records of results.

Collaborate with other team members to design and execute experiments.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during experiments.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as needed.

Ensure compliance with all safety and ethical standards in the laboratory.

Keep up-to-date with current scientific literature and techniques related to the field.

Assist in the preparation of research reports and presentations.

Train and supervise junior lab technicians and undergraduate students.

Contribute to the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and protocols.

Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates on progress and results.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving research processes.

Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies for the laboratory.

Ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.

Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
