Performance Marketing Manager (Remote US)

Position Overview

Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies utilizing our proprietary Customer Generation methodology that focuses on SQLs and Customers rather than traditional metrics like MQLs. This role, reporting to the Associate Director, is a crucial part of the Paid Media team.

As a Paid Media Strategist (internally known as Account Strategist, Paid Media), you will work directly with enterprise clients to communicate results, create custom strategies, and execute comprehensive Paid Media deliverables, gaining experience in creating high-performing paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
• Serve as direct support to client contacts and vendors to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements
• Drive referrals via client relationships and your professional network
• Build quarterly strategies for clients and manage budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels
• Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
• Confirm accurate lead routing within a CRM
• Leverage the value of Programmatic campaigns
• Ensure personal productivity and proper utilization while working closely with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
• Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency
• Experience working with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar platforms
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts and the ability to translate strategy into actionable insights
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as needed

• Compensation: The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000–$95,000 USD with potential bonus eligibility based on performance and experience.
