Technical Marketing Campaign Lead

• Must be able to go W2 with client*
• Candidates must reside near the Murrysville & Harrisburg areas for a hybrid schedule*
• Role will start as a 6 month Contract with a strong chance of extension or conversion*

Description

The Technical Marketing Campaign Manager will help lead our client's digital marketing efforts, managing the company website, HubSpot platform, email marketing, lead generation, and optimize SEO/Paid digital campaigns. This role will monitor and optimize campaign performance, provide data-driven recommendations, and ensure qualified leads are routed through to sales.

The position will also oversee Google Ads performance, collaborate with the company's SEO vendor on keyword strategy, and work closely with stakeholders to drive online growth, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business results. This role is for someone who identifies themselves as more technical and hands-on keyboard versus high level strategy.

80% of role will be

• Directly executing campaigns
• Email marketing deployment
• Landing page creation
• HubSpot administration and optimization
• Performance analysis

20% of role will be

• SEO support
• Keyword monitoring
• Google Ads optimization

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5 + years of experience with Hubspot CRM
• Data/Optimization driven marketing experience with strong experience using Google Analytics
• Prefers B2B experience versus B2C

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
