Insight Global is currently hiring a Bookkeeper for one of our clients in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our client is a well-established personal injury and medical malpractice law firm. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will work closely with leadership and help maintain accurate financial records in a busy law firm environment.

The ideal candidate has prior law firm bookkeeping experience or strong general bookkeeping experience and is comfortable learning escrow/trust accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks

-Write and process checks; ensure checks are properly signed

-Manage routine operating expenses, filing fees, and distributions

-Assist with contingency-fee-based accounting, including: Disbursements to medical providers

-Expense tracking and case-related payouts

-Support escrow/trust account activity (prior law firm experience preferred, but training available)

-Coordinate with an external payroll service (no in-house payroll processing)

-Work closely with firm leadership and provide financial visibility as needed

This is a direct placement position with a salary of $80,000-$90,000 per year.
