This Bookkeeper role supports day-to-day finance operations by managing transaction processing, account reconciliation, and periodic close activities while helping leadership make informed budgeting and planning decisions. • Record and maintain day-to-day financial activity with a high level of accuracy and organization across all bookkeeping files and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor communication, invoice tracking, payment follow-up, and collection support.
• Reconcile bank activity and general ledger balances to identify discrepancies and keep accounting records aligned.
• Prepare routine financial statements and supporting reports for management review and internal decision-making.
• Complete month-end and year-end close tasks on schedule to ensure timely and reliable financial reporting.
• Monitor tax-related obligations and help ensure filings and financial records remain compliant with applicable requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting efforts, cash flow visibility, and forecast preparation by providing accurate financial data.
• Serve as a trusted accounting resource for internal stakeholders by responding to financial questions and supporting operational needs.
• This Bookkeeper position is paying between $65,000 and $75,000 annually depending on experience.
