Bookkeeper

Busy Real Estate Investment/ Property Management based in North Jersey looking for Full-time in office Bookkeeper

Job Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – online and vendors
• Accounts Receivable – process payments
• Credit Card and Bank Reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records of the general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets
• Process payroll and electronic deposits
• Monthly and quarterly municipality tax payments
• Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
• Annual preparation of 1099’s for consultants and vendors
• Collection of W9s from vendors
• Quarterly review of Financial Statements
• Quarterly Organization for yearly Tax filings
• Assist in yearly State and Federal Tax filings
• Other responsibilities include maintaining the office and ordering supplies

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
