Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and physically capable Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory operations and merchandise distribution across multiple locations. This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, maintaining accurate inventory records, transporting merchandise, and ensuring retail locations remain fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.

Travel regularly to warehouse and storage locations to retrieve merchandise.

Restock retail inventory at designated locations.

Pack, prepare, label, count, organize, and stage merchandise for delivery.

Coordinate and complete daily deliveries between warehouses, storage facilities, and retail locations.

Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently.

Lift and carry boxes and inventory items throughout the workday.

Organize storage areas and assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.

Assist with clearing, organizing, or relocating inventory between storage locations as needed.

Ensure merchandise is accurately tracked and delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

A reliable personal vehicle is required, along with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Ability to travel between multiple work locations throughout the week.

Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes.

Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or retail stock experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of merchandise.

Regular standing, walking, bending, and loading/unloading inventory.

Daily travel between warehouses, storage facilities, and retail locations.

Additional Information

This position requires regular driving between multiple work sites using your own vehicle. Applicants should be comfortable working independently, managing inventory, and performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
