Fractional Marketing / Social Media Manager - UK Preferred | Hybrid (London/Remote)

Location: Remote (UK-based) | Fractional / contract

Engagement: Per-project, ongoing intake

Rate: £250–£600 per day depending on experience

We are building an AI system companies now run on… an autonomous AI team that collaborates across the network, does the work inside the tools a business already uses, and even spins up the interfaces a whole team needs.

Organisations are putting that AI team to work across their marketing, and they need specialists who can turn it into content and campaigns that actually land.

We're recruiting a founding cohort of fractional marketing and social specialists to run those engagements.

The Role

You'll put the AI team to work on a client's marketing… standing up the content engine, the social output and the campaign motions, then getting the client's team using it day to day.

Strategy and hands-on delivery… you'll be producing and shipping, with the AI team doing the heavy lifting beside you.

Responsibilities

Set up and produce

• Configure the AI team around the client's brand, voice and channels.
• Build the content and social output… posts, campaigns, sequences, repurposing.

Drive adoption and hand over

• Get the client's marketing team using the AI team confidently.
• Hand over a running content engine, not a one-off burst.

What success looks like

• The AI team is producing on-brand content and social output at real volume.
• The client's team is running it themselves, confidently.
• A clean hand-over is complete and output keeps flowing.

Ideal Profile

• Hands-on experience running content or social for brands, in-house or freelance.
• Fluent across the major social channels and content formats.
• Comfortable directing AI tools to produce, not just editing after the fact.
• Strong instinct for brand voice and what performs.
• Available on a fractional basis.

Bonus Experience

• Built an AI-assisted content workflow that shipped real volume.
• Grown an audience or channel from scratch.
• Paid social or performance-marketing exposure alongside organic.

Pay and engagement

• Contract / freelance, day rate as above.
• Remote, worked flexibly around your commitments.
