Due to a period of increased workload, they are looking to appoint an Accounts Receivable Assistant on an interim basis to join their friendly and collaborative finance team.

Working remotely, you will provide key support to the Senior Billing & Revenue Specialist, helping to ensure the smooth running of the accounts receivable function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where your contribution will be valued from day one.

Key responsibilities will include

• Raising and processing customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Resolving invoice and billing queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Supporting the Accounts Receivable function with day-to-day administration.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and financial information.
• Assisting with additional billing and revenue tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an Accounts Receivable or finance position, with a strong understanding of invoicing and query resolution. You will be confident using Microsoft-based systems and be comfortable managing a busy workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
