Executive Business Assistant (London, UK)

Location: Marylebone, London

Position: Part-Time or Full- Time

Oxomoron is a London-based family-office real estate investor and developer with a fast-growing portfolio across the UK and Europe. We specialise in complex assets with planning, legal or operational challenges, unlocking value through active management and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of the group companies and property portfolio
• Coordinating and liaising with contractors, subcontractors, lawyers, accountants, and other professional advisers
• Managing and following up on ongoing projects and operational matters
• Maintaining records and supporting business administration across the group
• Working with accounting software such as Sage and Xero
• Providing executive and business support to senior management

Requirements

• Experience in a similar executive assistant, business assistant, operations, or office management role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Additional language skills are highly desirable, particularly Russian, French, or Italian, although not essential
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software
• Experience with Sage and/or Xero is preferred
• A general understanding of real estate, property management, investment, or a related industry would be advantageous
