This opportunity is ideally suited to an Executive Assistant already working within Venture Capital or Private Equity who is looking to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial investment firm. The Role

• Complex diary management across multiple international time zones.
• Coordinate extensive international and domestic travel, itineraries and logistics.
• Arrange restaurant reservations and create exceptional client experiences.
• Prepare presentations, meeting packs, agendas and follow-up actions.
• Manage expenses.
• Coordinate investor meetings, team events and off-sites.
• Meet and host clients and visitors.
• Support the smooth running of the office alongside the wider EA team.
• Anticipate challenges, think ahead and confidently manage changing priorities.

About You

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within Venture Capital or Private Equity
• Experience supporting senior investment professionals and managing complex diaries, international travel and ever-changing priorities.
• A genuine interest in the venture capital and technology landscape.
• Engaging, confident and an exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Tech savvy with strong Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace skills.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

• £65,000 - £70,000 basic salary
