I'm currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a leading global financial services business in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous corporate reception or front-of-house experience who enjoys delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming clients and visitors and creating a great first impression.

Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating client meetings.

Working closely with hospitality and facilities teams to ensure meetings and events run smoothly.

Managing incoming calls and supporting the day-to-day running of reception.

Coordinating visitor access and providing general front-of-house support.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a corporate Reception or Front of House role.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

A proactive, professional approach and a genuine team player.

Financial or professional services experience is desirable but not essential.
