Responsibilities

 Greeting and directing visitors and employees;

 Managing the reception area and ensuring a professional front-desk presence;

 Answering incoming calls and responding to general inquiries;

 Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting basic administrative needs (food, coffee, etc.);

 Providing a welcoming and professional experience for all guests.

 Previous reception, customer service, or administrative support experience;

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor;

 Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
