Description

A leading organization in the financial industry, is looking for a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager to support its marketing team on a part-time contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge who enjoys advising marketing teams on campaign strategy, best practices, and customer journeys rather than spending all of their time building campaigns.

Rather than focusing solely on execution, you'll provide guidance that helps campaign teams build scalable, efficient, and high-performing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions following industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with campaign and marketing strategists to refine campaign briefs and ensure alignment with Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices.
• Provide recommendations on campaign architecture, customer journeys, email templates, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
• Advise on campaign design to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and easy to implement.
• Review marketing campaigns and journeys to improve effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Support campaign reporting, optimization, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and technical teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Occasionally assist with hands-on campaign configuration when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Journey Builder
• Email Studio
• Automation Studio
• Experience designing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and campaign performance reporting.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign best practices.
• Comfortable reading and writing basic SQL queries and working with Data Extensions and simple data models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Have

• Experience with additional Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules.
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking.
• French language skills are considered an asset.
